The Digital Diagnostics
for Africa Network

The Digital Diagnostics for Africa Network is a UKRI funded project aimed at the development of innovative digital diagnostics addressing urgent health needs specific to the African context.

Who We Are

The Network comprises researchers from different fields and academic institutions and representatives of not-for-profit and commercial organizations from the UK and Africa.

Our Research

The Network aims at developing an innovative digital diagnostics approach for Africa, built around a diagnostics platform for malaria and other infectious disease diagnosis, control and elimination.

WHAT WE DO

The African continent has the greatest health burden from infectious diseases, but also the greatest gap between diagnostic need and diagnostic provision.
